Law Students

New Associates

Our attorneys are proud to serve as business and legal advisers to our clients. Associates joining us enjoy a broad range of opportunities beyond our many different practice areas, industry groups and office locations. Your experience is enhanced and expanded at a rate many times faster than many large firms through almost-immediate exposure to clients and real-world matters. You can expect to collaborate with attorneys who are valued by their clients as respected advisers and community leaders.

We have an ongoing professional development program that provides:

  • insight into the business of law,
  • strategies and tips for career development and
  • continuing legal education credits on everything from ethical requirements to cutting-edge practice areas.

These programs are designed to introduce you to other areas of the firm and its practices, broadening your understanding of our capabilities and enhancing client relationships.

Summer Law Clerk Program

Our Summer Law Clerk Program is crafted to introduce you to the firm and its high-quality collegial environment. Our culture of teamwork and collaboration is why we stand out as a place where attorneys come to build not only their skills, but also their careers. Your experience with us will enhance your understanding of the application of the law in many settings and circumstances as well as bring your vision of what life as an attorney is like into sharper focus. The program’s mentoring and constructive feedback on your assignments will add to your skills and development.

Beyond the exposure to real-world matters, the Summer Law Clerk Program includes opportunities to socialize and get to know both your peers, other attorneys and firm leaders.

Law School (2L) Recruiting Information

During the on-campus/camera interview (OCI) season, we interview second-year law students for positions in most of our offices, and we partner with many law schools across the country. We encourage students to speak with their career services team and submit their applications through the law school placement office when possible.

If Bond is not registered as an OCI employer with your law school, we encourage you to apply as a write-in candidate.
