Tax Attorney
Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an experienced tax attorney to work on the tax aspects of planning and executing business transactions, structuring business and real estate entities and advising clients and colleagues on a variety of federal and New York State tax matters.
Work Location(s): Albany or Syracuse, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible
Skills & Educational Requirements:
- Current NY Bar admission.
- J.D. degree from accredited law school.
- At least 3+ years of experience practicing law.
- Outstanding academic credentials, strong writing skills and a demonstrated interest in tax law.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs.
- Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An LLM in tax law is helpful, but not required.
