Real Estate Associate or Senior Counsel

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate (2+ years’ experience) for its growing Property Department.
Locations: Melville, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible
Skills & Educational Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- J.D. degree from accredited law school.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience and will focus on handling commercial acquisitions and sales, lending and leasing.
- The successful candidate will be a team-oriented, highly motivated individual with a strong academic record who likes working in a team environment, taking initiative and has excellent research, written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this role at the Associate level is $125,000 - $140,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
The salary range for this role at the Senior Counsel level is $160,00 - $260,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience, portables, and skill level.
