Litigation Associate

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking a several associates to join our sophisticated litigation practice group in our Syracuse, Buffalo or Melville NY locations.
Location: Syracuse, NY, Buffalo, NY or Melville, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible
Qualifications:

Current NY Bar admission
-
J.D. degree from an accredited law school

Ideal candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience and familiarity and experience with adversarial proceedings in Federal and/or State courts and/or administrative hearings.

Excellent skillset in legal research and writing

Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach

Strong organizational, time management and project management skills

All inquiries will be kept confidential. The salary range for this role at the Associate level is $110,000 - $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The salary range at the Senior Counsel/Member level for the Melville, NY office is $160,000 to $260,000. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
