Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a dynamic Am 200 full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for our Buffalo, NY office.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in traditional labor law & employment law.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

Current NY Bar admission

J.D. degree from accredited law school

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of labor and employment law, litigation, or other relevant experience

Strong writing skills

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs

Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach

The salary range for this role at the Associate level is $110,000 - $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
