Ms. Romano is Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates her practice in matters concerning Business Law and Public Finance. Ms. Romano has extensive experience in public and municipal finance and has served as bond counsel to various issuers on a variety of industrial development, civic facility and general obligation bond issues, including several school districts.

In her general corporate and business practice, Ms. Romano advises closely-held corporations on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including the negotiation of major leases, sales, financing, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Ms. Romano serves as General Counsel and Director of several corporations owning various real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and industrial, residential and commercial complexes. She also serves as a Director and General Counsel of several closely-held manufacturing and distribution businesses.
